Verra Wellness is a women-only wellness studio on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, designed around intentional movement, strength, mobility and relaxation. Located on the UG floor of Radiant Height in Tamouh, the studio combines a green, calming setting with dedicated rooms for reformer Pilates, heated movement and restorative practices.
The Tayar Reformer Room focuses on machine-based Pilates for different experience levels. Sessions are structured to build strength, improve control and work the whole body, making the room suitable for participants beginning reformer training as well as those with previous experience. The setting brings a natural feel to the workout, with greenery and a sense of connection to the sea.
The Solara Room provides a warmer environment, with infrared heat reaching up to 35°C. Its programme brings together barre, Pilates and yoga, alongside sound-based relaxation. Heat-led classes include Barre Burn, Hot Glutes and Hot Pilates, with controlled movements, focused core work, pulses and longer holds. Barre Sculpt and Mat Sculpt offer slower, precise training for the waist, arms, glutes and legs, while Peach Pilates concentrates on mat-based glute and core work.
Yoga sessions cover several styles and energy levels. Hot Yoga uses warmth to support deeper movement, while Yoga Flow combines postures, transitions and breathwork. Yin Yoga takes a slower approach through longer-held positions aimed at the hips, spine, shoulders and connective tissue. Swing Yoga uses supportive fabric hammocks to assist balance, alignment and freer movement, offering an option for beginners, tight muscles or busy minds.
Wellness at Verra extends beyond active classes. Sound Bath sessions use crystal bowls, gongs and chimes in a quiet, restorative format, accompanied by an essential oil ritual at the start. The overall atmosphere is warm, feminine and purpose-led, with the studio balancing sculpting workouts and heat with practices that encourage stillness and release.
Verra Wellness suits women looking for structured Pilates, barre or yoga in a dedicated studio environment, as well as participants interested in combining physical training with recovery-focused experiences. The range includes heated and non-heated formats, machine and mat work, dynamic flows and slower practices, allowing different preferences to sit within one wellness programme.
